BJ's Travel is operated by World Travel Holdings, Inc.

We understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust on your part; we take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personally identifiable information ("PII") you provide us. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. World Travel Holdings collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Therefore, as a visitor to the BJ's Travel Web sites ("BJ's Travel"), you have the right to understand our information privacy practices prior to providing BJ's Travel with any of your PII.

BJ's Travel only collects PII that you voluntarily provide to us. PII includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address. We will only share your PII with (i) BJ's Wholesale Club and (ii) our authorized travel service providers, and only as necessary in order to complete a transaction that you specifically request. BJ's Travel does not sell or rent your PII to anyone.

BJ's Travel collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased through BJ's Travel.

BJ's Travel provides you with the opportunity to specifically choose the promotional marketing communications you wish to receive from BJ's Travel. If you choose not to sign up for any of the promotional e-mail services that BJ's Travel provides, then BJ's Travel will only send you e-mail that relates to a specific travel purchase you have made on BJ's Travel.

If you no longer wish to receive promotional marketing from us, you can opt-out of our lists at any given time. Information collected when you complete your traveler profile is used to confirm and process your travel reservation. In addition, information collected from you when you purchase travel is used to bill your credit card and deliver your travel itinerary, either electronically or through the mail.

If you chose to receive communications from BJ's Travel about special promotions when registering on BJ's Travel, we may use your e-mail address to send you communications about surveys, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, specials, or other travel opportunities on BJ's Travel and its marketing partners. We may use your e-mail address or telephone number to contact you about changes to your purchased travel itinerary.

We will use your e-mail address or telephone number to respond when you submit a question or suggestion, or request assistance with your travel plans.

We collect information about (e.g., travel information) based upon your navigation of our site in order to better understand and serve our customers. This data allows us to improve the quality of your visit by streamlining your ability to navigate the site and develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our members and site visitors. No PII is collected unless your explicitly provide it.

Each time you purchase travel through BJ's Travel, or change or cancel a confirmed travel reservation, you may receive confirmation of your travel itinerary via e-mail. In the event that your travel plans are disrupted because of mechanical, weather, or carrier business conditions, BJ's Travel may contact you to inform you of these disruptions and help you make alternative travel arrangements.

BJ's Travel has partnered with reputable third parties to offer our members and site visitors a variety of travel products and services. All travel services throughout BJ's Travel that are provided by a third-party are described as such. Although we only work with reputable third parties, our business partners may have different privacy policies and practices than BJ's Travel. We encourage you to review our business partners' privacy policies to further understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information.

To provide and process the travel services you reserve, BJ's Travel shares your PII with service providers and travel suppliers that perform certain services or functions on its behalf. These service providers need information about your traveler profile, as well as your credit card information, to process and confirm your travel reservation. They will disclose information about your traveler profile to hotel, airline, cruise line and/or car rental suppliers whose products you have reserved. As with any other travel agent, this information must be shared with travel suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel. These travel suppliers may contact you directly as necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed reservation. BJ's Travel will occasionally share aggregated information with our service providers, partners and BJ's Wholesale Club. This information does not contain any PII and is used to develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our members and site visitors.

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

In the event that you make a new, or update an existing, travel reservation by calling a designated telephone number, your PII may be accessed by a third-party service provider, as necessary, to respond to your request for customer service.

BJ's Travel may be required by law to disclose information you have provided in obtaining its travel products or services. BJ's Travel may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to its interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. In addition, it may be necessary for BJ's Travel to provide customer information to third parties, such as credit card companies, for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise in the normal course of business.

Travel suppliers are provided information about your travel profile to process and confirm your reservations and these suppliers may be located anywhere in the world where you have reserved travel. Some countries, including the United States, may have laws that are less protective of your PII than those in the country where you reside. By completing a reservation through BJ's Travel you give your consent to this transfer and processing of your PII.

BJ's Travel shares your PII with BJ's Wholesale Club in order to provide membership services.

We want our members and site visitors to feel confident about using BJ's Travel to plan and purchase their travel, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. BJ's Travel has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access.

Our systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling, technologies, and industry-standard firewalls. When you send personal information to BJ's Travel over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done directly from a link in an email or by emailing our Customer Service Department.

BJ's Travel reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how BJ's Travel will use your PII, BJ's Travel will notify you of such changes.
