The lower price must be in U.S. dollars and:- Found online for the same cruise (same ship, sailing dates, cabin category) or the same hotel/flight package that you purchased through our site;
- A rate that you would be eligible to receive (for example, residency requirements for regional specials, age-related discounts, etc.); and
- Available for booking at the time you contact us.
If the lower price meets these requirements, please complete our form and a Customer Care Representative will contact you via email within 72 hours in response to your claim. It's really that easy — you can't lose with BJ's Travel!

BJ's gift card is awarded to one passenger per booking only. Gift card will be mailed to lead passenger 6 – 8 weeks after departure and is only available to BJ's members. Gift card amount is determined based on transaction amount of booking minus any taxes, port charges, and travel protection, and after any applicable rebates have been applied. Offer is per stateroom and is not reflected in advertised prices. Not valid on Viking Cruises, vacation package bookings, hotel-only bookings, airfare-only bookings, car rental reservations and things to do. One gift card is awarded per group cruise booking. Valid BJ's membership number must be provided prior to embarkation for gift card offer to be fulfilled. Gift card is nonrefundable, nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vacation package savings:
Vacation package savings based on all flight and hotel itineraries booked together as a package, compared to price of same flight and hotel booked separately on travel.bjs.com. Savings vary and may not be available for all packages. Cancellation penalties, blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
Hotel savings:
Savings of up to 50% off based on actual non-cancellable bookings from inventory source. Offers are only available to BJ's members with an active membership number. Prices are samples, based on double-occupancy, in U.S. dollars and per booking. Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Cancellation penalties, blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the cost of the vacation or cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, travel insurance, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Does not apply to car rentals. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. BJ's Travel reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. BJ's Travel reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your vacation package or cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. BJ's Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
