Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to individual, legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (void in all U.S. territories and external Commonwealths or where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed) who are 21 years of age or older on the date of entry, excluding any employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless of where any of the above live) and household members of World Travel Holdings, Inc., d/b/a BJ’s Travel (“Sponsor”), BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. ("BJ's"), TMACO, LLC d/b/a The Marketing Agency (“Administrator”) and their respective parents and subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and all prize-partners identified in #5 below.

How to Enter: Eligible individuals who have access to the World Wide Web on the Internet and are the authorized users of a valid Internet email address may enter online. Enter your first and last name, a valid, working email address for which you are the authorized user, your BJ's Wholesale Club Member number (optional) and Zip Code at https://travel.bjs.com/promotion/sweepstakes.do during the Sweepstakes Period. You will receive one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period..

Online entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer/mobile* device and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. You may not enter with multiple emails and/or multiple identities nor may you use any other device or artifice to obtain more than one (1) entry. Multiple entrants may not use the same email address. All discovered entries made in violation of these rules will be disqualified. Entries will not be acknowledged. YOU MUST SUPPLY AN ACCURATE, FUNCTIONING EMAIL ADDRESS, FOR WHICH YOU ARE THE AUTHORIZED USER, FOR YOUR ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE AND TO BE NOTIFIED. An “Authorized email user” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. online email service provider, business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address. Only one (1) person per one (1) email address. For Non-USA Residents: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the United States and District of Columbia. If you are not a resident of the 48 contiguous United States, e.g., Canada, and enter the Sweepstakes you won’t be eligible to be awarded a prize, however your entry information will be collected. By entering, you agree to receive Sponsor’s emailed newsletters and promotions from which you may unsubscribe at any time. Do not enter if you don’t want to receive emails from Sponsor. US entrants, by entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing e-mails from Sponsor about their products, promotions and services. You may unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time by following the directions at the bottom of each email.

Winner Selection and Verification: Potential winners of the prizes listed in #5 below will be selected by the Administrator on or about 30 days after Sweepstakes-End in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Administrator’s/Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified within five (5) days after drawing via email to the email addresses submitted during entry and potential winners will have three (3) business days to respond to the message agreeing to accept the prize and supplying/confirming all information requested by Administrator. When a potential prizewinner has correctly responded, s/he will be sent and required to execute and return via fax (or scan via email) an emailed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release and an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release-Travel Companion (if required) within three (3) business days of date on notification and return the signed original via mail to be received by Administrator up to seven (7) days after fax or scan return. In all notifications above, if the stipulated replies are not received within the time-frame indicated in the notification, it will be concluded definitively that the prize has been declined and forfeited for all time and without further notice an alternative winner may be selected in random drawings in Administrators sole determination. It is an entrant's responsibility to actively monitor his/her email account and to keep his/her email address current. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages.

Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: (1) Grand Prize: A $5,000 cruise voucher good at https://travel.bjs.com/ allowing winner to choose any available cruise for two (2) on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line® valid for travel with a return by December 31, 2026. The cruise prize is subject to capacity controls, cabin availability, blackout dates and the Terms and Conditions of the voucher, the Sponsor and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. A cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, standard onboard meals, some beverages and most entertainment aboard the ship. Winner will be responsible for all other expenditures including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/arrival port(s), alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, telephone/Wi-Fi, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance. Winner must book travel through BJ’s Travel (who will contact winner once the winner has been determined and has properly claimed the prize). Grand Prize cruise travel must be completed by December 31, 2026 or it will be forfeited in its entirety. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive a one (1) year The Club Card membership to BJ’s Wholesale Club. ARV: $5,060. (1) First Prize: One (1) $2,500 Vacation Voucher good at https://travel.bjs.com/ to be applied to a room for two (2) at any available hotel and airfare for two (2) from the nearest major airport to winner’s residence in the contiguous 48 United States up to a maximum total value of $2,500 (hotel plus airfare). Blackout dates include all major USA holidays and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. ARV: $2,500. (1) Second Prize: A 4-night double occupancy stay for two (2) in an oceanfront room at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino up to a maximum value of $2,000. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. ARV: $2,000. Blackout dates are all major USA holidays and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2026.

All Prizes are awarded "as is" and are subject to availability, blackout dates and the Terms and Conditions of the resorts, the airlines, and the cruise lines as they may apply. A winner of any prize will be responsible for all other expenditures not specifically stated in these Official Rules including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/return airports or ports as they may apply, telephone/Wi-Fi, taxes and fees, gratuities, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance. Winners must book all travel through BJ’s Travel. Should the actual value of any prize be less than the ARV stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or kind. Odds of winning any prize: Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All taxes are a winner’s responsibility and an IRS form #1099 for 2025 will be issued to all prize winners for the ARV of their respective prizes. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, passes or similar items once they are in the Prizewinner’s possession. Any unclaimed and/or unused or underused Grand Prize travel package or element thereof will be forfeited by Prizewinner and will remain the property of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel partners as detailed in the airline/passenger ticket contracts issued by each airline, cruise line supplier, resort/hotel prize suppliers and other suppliers as they may apply. Prizewinners and travel companions must travel the entire itinerary together and are responsible for: (i) all travel documents including, without limitation, a current, valid U.S. Passport with an expiration date at least six (6) months later than return from the prize trip, or other travel document requirements acceptable to the airline(s)/cruise lines/resorts/hotels and destination countries as they apply, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the US government, (ii) all medical requirements including vaccinations and proof of same or recent Covid or other medical tests and proof of same, (iii) respecting all local regulations; (iv) for full compliance with the regulations of the airline(s), cruise lines, resorts as they apply. Sponsor, airline(s), resorts, cruise lines and other prize suppliers have the right to refuse travel, accommodations and/or admission to anyone who does not have proper documents or who does not comply with all regulations or comport him/herself properly. There will be no substitution or compensation for the prize or part of the prize forfeited due to winner's or winner's companion non-compliance with airline(s), cruise lines, resorts, and other suppliers’, as they may apply, rules and regulations, or any other reason. All winners acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize or regarding the use, value, merchantability or enjoyment of the Prizes. Should a greater number of prize claims be received because of mailing, emailing, phoning, messaging, programming errors or for any reason whatsoever, only the prizes and the values stated in these Official Rules will be awarded in random drawings at the discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator according to the Official Rules.

General: Sweepstakes administration and winner selection and verification will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions are final and legally binding. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate. No entrant or winner shall have the right to contest any decision by Sponsor or the Administrator concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the interpretation of these Official Rules or the determination as to the qualification/eligibility of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination or network problems, or for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason including, but not limited to, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors, human errors including, but not limited to, errors by Sponsor’s/Administrator’s employees or representatives who enter incorrect information into any of Sponsor’s/Administrator’s computer systems or by force majeure including illness and/or epidemics. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes or part of the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure including illness and/or epidemic or any other causes. In the case of early cancellation/termination, potential winners will be drawn in random drawings from eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole judgment entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Without limitation, all of an entrant’s entries will be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, if entrant attempts (i) to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Sponsor and Administrator assume no liability for damage caused to an entrant's or any other person/entity’s computer hardware, software or communications network, regardless of cause.
